Availability Mapping

The platform now includes Availability Mapping, standardizing retailer
stock status variations into clear and consistent categories.

Why It Matters

Availability Mapping, which standardizes the way product availability gets displayed, is out now as a beta feature for a limited number of users.

  • Retailers use different texts to show availability (e.g., “in stock,” “ships in 2–3 days,” “currently unavailable”).
  • These variations can now be mapped via conditional rules into two normalized statuses : In Stock or Out of Stock.
  • This mapping improves data accuracy across analytics.

Why It Matters

  • Eliminates confusion caused by inconsistent retailer texts
  • Helps teams make faster, data-driven decisions without manual cleanin

Notes & Limitations

At this stage, only two buckets are mapped: In Stock and Out of Stock. Availability mappings are currently visible only as filters in Analytics (not yet in dashboards, alerts,exports or dynamic pricing rules). Mapping rules support add-only conditions; “OR” logic is not yet available.
